Microsoft 365, which is sometimes referred to as Office 365, is a cloud based, subscription service which provides a suite of tools, apps and services for educational, business or family use.

There are a core range of subscription plans which are available and are supported by a vast range of add ons and upgrades which allow users to customise their subscriptions to suit their needs and requirements.

There are several services available within the suite of Microsoft 365 subscriptions which will improve productivity, enhance collaboration and provide cloud based storage and access.

Microsoft Word

Microsoft Word is the most commonly used and recognised tool which is provided within Microsoft 365 and lets users create, edit, view, and share documents in a range of formats with others quickly and easily.

Microsoft OneDrive

Microsoft OneDrive is a data backup and storage app which allows your photos and files to be backed up, protected, synced, and accessible on all your devices.

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet app which allows you to create spreadsheets, tables and workbooks for data analysis, accounting, auditing, or other numerical data management.

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is a productivity app which provides users with chat, video calls & conferencing, file sharing, task manager and calendars.

Microsoft Exchange

Microsoft Exchange or Exchange Online is a hosting email service for business which includes a range of services alongside it's email access and storage such as advanced security and anti-spam, data safeguards and administration.

Microsoft Outlook

Primarily a tool to access and manage your email accounts, Microsoft Outlook also brings in all of your calendars, contacts and tasks into one area.

Microsoft PowerPoint

The PowerPoint app is a slideshow maker tool to create, edit, view, present, and share presentations quickly and easily from anywhere with easy access on any device.

Exchange Online (Plan 1)

The Exchange Online Plan 1 provides you with messaging, calendaring, and email using Outlook

Exchange Online (Plan 2)

This license normally replaces the generic Exchange Online Plan 1 which is included within other Microsoft 365 email subscriptions

  • Take advantage of unlimited storage (100 GB of storage in the user's primary mailbox, plus unlimited storage in the user's In-Place Archive)
  • Take advantage of hosted Unified Messaging services that provide call answering, a dial-in user interface, and company automated attendant capabilities
  • Control sensitive business data with built-in data loss prevention (DLP) policies based on regulatory standards such as personally identifiable information (PII) and payment card industry (PCI), which help to identify, monitor, and protect sensitive data through deep content analysis

Office 365 Extra File Storage
