We started with making some minor improvements to the logo, making it clearer when communicating their brand to users across various mediums ranging from their website to print.

We continued with the primary aim of the project to provide a responsive, content managed website. The basic function of the website provides a clear structure and calls to action for users to easily find details about the services the company provides while providing news on the projects which they complete for clients.

When it came to marketing, we setup and developed their social media presence in order to engage with new and existing clients. Using their profiles to share content from their website with regards to their services and recent projects, Bespoke Rope Access were able to keep followers up to date on the recent projects they are completing while actively generating awareness about their bespoke services.

As an ongoing measure, Google Analytics is used to determine the success of any marketing activities and campaigns which are carried out in order for improvements to be made where needed.

As part of our ongoing services, we continue to provide domain name management and hosting services to ensure their website is available while providing support and any setup requirements for their access to email and third party productivity tools.
