Support Services (Standard)
Introduction
The Digital Chimps provide ongoing services, including support to our clients. The services outlined, detail what will be provided as part of our standard ongoing support to ensure that your services, apps, systems and tools remain secure and up to date.
This also includes the support which is required for you to have up to date access to the services we provide while providing training where necessary, to allow you to use the systems and tools which we provide.
Costs & Billing Information
Billing Interval: Monthly
Cost: £50.00 (£60.00 inc VAT)
Support Contract
Contract Length: Rolling, 30 days
Cancellations or changes to any support services need to be provided 30 days in advance.
Website & Hosting
As part of any ongoing support, if required, we will provide the following website and hosting services.
CMS
We will ensure that any content management system or CMS is kept up to date. This includes the ongoing maintainance of existing plugins and third party tools and if required, the installation and initial setup or any new plugins or services.
Website Management
We will provide access and if required, training, which will allow you to update your website content.
DNS Records
If required to work with any third-party tools or to verify your domain with a partner service, we will provide any changes to your DNS records as part of any standard support.
SPAM Protection
Tools and services will be setup within your website and updated when required to prevent any unwanted spam emails being sent from your website. This includes the prevention of spam being sent to you using any contact forms.
Data Protection
If needed, we will advise and consult on your requirements in order for your company and customer data to be protected. Any services or systems provided by the Digital Chimps which are used to store and manage data, will have any protections installed or developed to guarantee that ay data is protected.
Account Access
Where required, we will propvide support with login security including multi-factor authentication, account access and password reset options for users.
As well as any services provided by the Digital Chimps, we will provide any support when required with regards to accessing third party services such as Google.
Domain Name Management
Where we are managing any domain names, it will be fully managed by the Digital Chimps on your behalf which will include any possible updates to the ownership and contact details for the domain name.
SSL Certificates
We will ensure that access to any of your online services, including your website are kept secure with the installation and ongoing renewal of any security certificates
Hosting
As well as providing your hosting platform, as part of any ongoing support, we will provide any required updates to the hosting environment which is being used by your website.
Cache & CDN
Where the hosting services are being provided, Cache and CDN tools will be setup and managed which apply web performance best practices to optimise your website and improve your page speed.
Hosting Control Panel
Access will be offered to a hosting control panel that will supply full access to the files, databases and email services which are being provided.
Website Marketing
If required, we can provide ongoing support with the general marketing of your website as part of it's ongoing management. This can include ideas for content or support in the use of marketing tools such as social media, analytics, email etc.
Third-Party Services
The following services will be setup and managed as part of any ongoing standard support which is provided.
Google Account
If required, a Google account will be setup on your behalf for you to access the various services which you will need to access.
Google MyBusiness
Your company or business profile will setup, verified and managed to provide a prominent business listing within Google's search and maps.
Google reCAPTCHA
Google reCAPTCHA will be configured, installed and managed to protect your website from spam, fraud and abuse.
Google Analytics
Setup, installed and managed on your website or app to measure user data.
Google Search Console
Access will be provided, if required, to check indexing status, search queries, crawling errors and optimise the visibility of your website.
