This will provide you with peace of mind and certainty in knowing that any of the products and services we provide will continue to operate at all times while having confidence in our company.
This document outlines what we will provide as a company to you and what we will need from you as our client so that we can effectively complete your project on time and guarantee the availability and operation of any ongoing services we may provide.
The Digital Chimps provide a range of digital services which we recognise as assets for your business. These can include websites, mobile applications, internal business software and systems including email, domain names and social media profiles.
What We Require From You
During any project we complete or as part of any ongoing services we’re providing, we will require various items from you in order for us to carry out our services effectively.
During any project we will require information about you and your business. Please provide us with this information as soon as you can and let us know if you are unable to provide us with the information we require.
We will require a deposit and payments during and on completion of any project. Information on deposits and payments that are required will be provided with any estimates or project briefs.
We will require feedback on the ideas and products that we provide for your business.
In order for this to happen effectively, we will require you to nominate yourself or another employee as a stakeholder for us to liaise with directly.
All ongoing or monthly services are provided on an ongoing basis with no long-term contracts or fees for making changes.
Any deposits or payments you provide are non-refundable. If we provide you with an invoice requesting a deposit or payment, we will need you to contact us beforehand if you are unclear about what any requested payments are for.
If we provide ongoing services such as domain name management, cloud services or marketing, we require payments to be provided on or before their due date to avoid any disruption and guarantee availability of your digital assets and the services we provide.
If you require any changes to be made to any ongoing hosting, marketing, design or cloud services, we will require you to inform us as soon as possible by email or phone.
Access will be provided to various services which we be provided by us or third parties such as Google. It is important to remember that with your access, you need to fully understand the settings and configuration of your website before making any changes.
What To Expect From Us
As a client, we understand that you expect to receive a level of service which will not only provide you with value for money, but allow you to see a return on any investment you make with us.
As part of any publicly available website or app which we develop as part of a project, we will guarantee that your company can be found online by users who search for you and your company.
As standard, we ensure that digital assets such as websites can be viewed and accessible across various devices with mobile friendly features.
If you choose to manage assets such as domain names yourself, we will provide you with as much assistance, support and advice as we can.
If required, we can provide you with ideas for copy, written content, imagery, software and applications that you are unable to provide yourself or use.
We will complete your project or setup any additional cloud or technical services within any agreed timeframes and inform you during this time if any agreed timeframes need to be extended.
We will install analytical tools showing how users are finding and using your digital assets.
If you choose to manage hosting and any technical services yourself, we will do as much as we can to ensure speed and availability of your digital assets.
We will provide you with any training and documentation that is required in order for you to use the services which we are providing. We will also include any costs for this before your project begins.
Your Understanding
Before you begin to work with us to complete your project or provide our services, please complete the following form to confirm that you understand what we will require from you, while also being made aware of what we will provide and how we will provide our services to you.
If at any time, you wish to cancel, postpone, or change your project requirements or the services we’re providing, please let us know as soon as possible. We do not charge any fees for cancellation, and we will work with you and your company for as long as is needed so that there is a minimal negative impact on your company.
